Cancelation of your order

Once an order is placed, processing begins immediately and orders generally cannot be canceled.

An order may only be canceled if:

• A written cancellation request is submitted within 6 hours of placing the order.

Approved cancellations will be refunded either:

• As store credit, or
• To the original payment method minus a 14% cancellation/restocking fee.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If you find that you prefer a different size or style, we'd be happy to buy back your item for fair market value. You may also send in any other jewelry to be appraised for us to make an offer. We buy jewelry, gold and silver regardless of it's condition. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item and make you an offer based on market prices. Please be sure to send your item insured with tracking. If you choose not to accept our offer, I will return it to you at my expense.
