Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Cuban Link Guy. That's why we offer a straightforward Return, Upgrade & Buyback Policy.

You're going to love the way it looks, I guarantee it. - Cuban Link Guy

1. Refund or Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel your order or don't like your chain for any reason, you may return it within 3 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus 14% or $100 which ever is greater, provided it meets our return requirements.

Tax and shipping, if paid, is not refundable. Shipping is the buyers responsibility.

To be eligible:

  • Please inspect your piece before trying on.
  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition.
  • Items showing any scratches or signs of wear, damage, alteration, resizing, polishing, or modification may not qualify for a refund.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with the original packing slip.
  • Custom, personalized, engraved, on sale, discounted, final-sale, or otherwise excluded items may not be eligible for return.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund is approved.

We recommend shipping all returns with tracking and insurance, as the customer is responsible for the item until it is received by Cuban Link Guy.

2. Upgrade — Receive 100% Spot price.

Ready to go bigger, heavier, longer, or upgrade to something different?

Your original piece must be returned and inspected before the refund is approved. Upgrade credit is applied toward the new purchase and has no cash value.

3. Sell It Back — Receive an Offer Based on Spot Value

If you decide you no longer want your jewelry, Cuban Link Guy can make you an offer based on the current spot-price value of the precious metal in your piece.

Your jewelry will be inspected and verified for metal type, purity, and weight. Because precious-metal prices fluctuate, the offer will be based on the applicable spot price at the time your piece is evaluated.

Don't love it? Return it. Want something bigger? Upgrade it. Ready to sell it? We'll make you an offer.
