Each one of our handcrafted silver Cuban link chains are manufactured using .999 PURE Silver. They are completely handmade the traditional way, hand-filing the chain to give it its final shape. We then buff and polish the piece to bring out that beautiful silver luster.

Production begins immediately
Each piece is individually handcrafted and production begins immediately. Some orders are completed and shipped within a week or two but because every chain is custom made, some pieces may take longer depending on complexity and workload.
Quality Control
Every order also goes through a final inspection before it ships. On occasion, a piece may pass through production and still not meet my personal standard — when that happens, it goes right back into production until it's perfect. I will never ship something I am not proud of.
The moment your piece passes inspection and is ready to ship, you will receive an email with your tracking information right away.

LIFETIME INSPECTION, CLEANING and MAINTENANCE
We invite you to bring or mail your fine jewelry into our shop periodically to receive professionally inspection and ultrasonic cleaning without charge during your lifetime. If your jewelry requires any repairs or maintenance, this labor will be free of charge. You may be responsible for materials such as silver, gold or replacement diamonds and parts, if needed. (Maintenance or repairs does not include high speed polishing (scratch removal) or re-bonding, if needed)

Q. Is the silver going to tarnish?
A. Yes — real silver can naturally tarnish over time. It’s how you know you have REAL silver and not a plated piece. How quickly that happens varies from person to person. Factors like skin pH, sweat, humidity, lotions, colognes, and environment all play a role. Some people wear silver daily and see very little tarnish, while others may notice it sooner.”
“Regular wear actually helps in many cases, but to slow the process, we recommend keeping the chain dry when not in use, avoiding contact with chemicals (pools, hot tubs, cleaners), and storing it in a dry place.”
“If tarnish does occur, it’s only surface-level and completely reversible. A quick polish with a silver cloth or a proper silver cleaner will restore the original shine in minutes.
